Refund policy

You have the right to cancel the contract concluded with the confirmed return in writing, without providing any reasons, within 14 days from the day of purchase.

To cancel the contract and return the product or products, you need to send an email to info@aldinamilano.it. After receiving the product and conducting an authenticity and suitability check, a refund will be processed.
